About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level II help desk support for hardware and software issues across multiple client environments.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop operating systems and standard applications.
- Manage system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Support network infrastructure and security systems, troubleshooting connectivity and access problems.
- Collaborate with clients to optimize IT infrastructure and recommend improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in desktop support and software deployment.
- Familiarity with network infrastructure and basic security principles.
- Excellent problem‑solving and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client sites.
