Lead or experienced Systems Engineer driving end‑to‑end system development for executive transport services, focusing on requirements capture, architecture design, integration, and validation using industry best practices and security‑cleared environments.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of system requirements, decomposing high‑level needs into detailed functional and performance specifications.
- Design and validate system architecture, ensuring alignment with mission objectives and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams for integration, testing, and verification of complex avionics and support systems.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments to deliver solutions on time and within scope.
- Produce comprehensive technical documentation, including design reviews, test plans, and certification reports.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in systems engineering within aerospace or defense environments.
- Strong background in requirements analysis, architecture design, and system integration.
- Proficiency with systems engineering tools (e.g., DO-178C, DO-254, SysML) and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and technical documentation.
- Valid security clearance or ability to obtain one.
