Systems Engineer
Lead the technical side of enterprise sales, driving adoption of cutting‑edge data‑storage solutions. Leverage deep systems, Linux, networking, and cloud (AWS) expertise to consult with prospects and customers, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Sales team to understand customer requirements and translate them into tailored EverPURE data‑storage solutions.
- Conduct technical presentations, demos, and proof‑of‑concepts for enterprise prospects and existing accounts.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to design and validate system architectures that meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
- Provide pre‑ and post‑sales technical support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for Linux‑based storage environments.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging cloud technologies (e.g., AWS).
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or technical pre‑sales roles within the data‑storage or enterprise IT space.
- Strong proficiency with Linux operating systems, networking protocols, and storage technologies (SAN, NAS, SSD).
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and familiarity with hybrid deployment models.
- Excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving technical adoption and closing enterprise deals.
