About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and validate EPS (Electrical Power System) components for hydropower plants, ensuring reliability and safety.
- Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and vendors to integrate instrumentation, PLCs, and SCADA systems into the overall plant architecture.
- Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot field issues, and provide technical guidance to on‑site personnel.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including system specifications, test plans, and operation manuals.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company quality processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in systems engineering for power or industrial automation projects.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming, SCADA, and instrumentation.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
