Systems Engineer
Design and integrate electronic subsystems for airborne platforms, applying systems engineering principles, embedded C/C++ development, and signal‑processing expertise to meet rigorous aerospace standards.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and validate electronic hardware architectures for airborne systems, ensuring compliance with aerospace safety and performance standards.
- Lead system‑level integration activities, coordinating mechanical, software, and electrical teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
- Create and maintain detailed specifications, interface control documents, and verification plans using requirements‑management tools.
- Perform modeling, simulation, and signal‑processing analysis in MATLAB/Simulink to assess subsystem performance.
- Write, test, and debug embedded C/C++ firmware for flight‑critical components, supporting hardware‑in‑the‑loop testing.
- Support certification processes (e.g., DO‑178C, DO‑254) and contribute to technical reviews and audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in electronics design and systems integration for aerospace or defense applications.
- Proficiency in C/C++ development for embedded platforms and strong knowledge of signal‑processing techniques.
- Hands‑on experience with MATLAB/Simulink for modeling and simulation.
- Familiarity with aerospace standards (DO‑178C, DO‑254) and requirements‑management tools.
