Systems Engineer
Lead a cross‑functional engineering team to design, develop, and deploy secure identity and entitlement solutions using Python, Node.js, and AWS, while integrating IdAM/ICAM, authentication, authorization, and digital policy services into enterprise platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement secure identity and entitlement services, including IdAM, ICAM, authentication, authorization, and digital policy management.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of database developers, systems engineers, software developers, cyber security engineers, and test engineers to deliver high‑quality RESTful APIs and custom user interfaces.
- Design and maintain scalable, cloud‑native solutions on AWS, ensuring high availability, performance, and compliance.
- Oversee deployment, configuration, and administration of tools, and conduct integration and performance testing.
- Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to team members, fostering best practices and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or software development with a focus on identity and access management.
- Proficiency in Python and Node.js, with strong experience building RESTful services.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, RDS, IAM, API Gateway).
- Deep understanding of authentication, authorization, and digital policy frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to lead technical teams.
