About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full lifecycle of printer devices, from initial provisioning and configuration to routine maintenance and secure decommissioning.
- Implement and maintain device management policies in strict compliance with GSA security requirements and enterprise architecture standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate device services into the broader IT service ecosystem, ensuring seamless operation and support.
- Develop and enforce configuration baselines, perform regular audits, and troubleshoot device issues to maintain high availability and performance.
- Document processes, update knowledge bases, and provide training to internal stakeholders on device management best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in systems engineering and device management within a federal or large enterprise environment.
