Systems Engineer
Lead technical support and enablement for Chinese customers, delivering system engineering solutions across Linux and networking environments while communicating fluently in Mandarin.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert system engineering support to Chinese customers, diagnosing and resolving complex hardware and software issues.
- Lead customer enablement initiatives, delivering training, documentation, and best‑practice guidance in Mandarin.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product, engineering, sales) to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain detailed technical records, incident reports, and knowledge base articles to support knowledge sharing.
- Participate in on‑call rotations and urgent incident response to ensure high availability for critical customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in system engineering or technical support roles, preferably in data center or enterprise environments.
- Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) with strong communication skills in English.
- Solid understanding of Linux operating systems, networking protocols, and virtualization technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, global team.
