Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and support complex systems software for Defense Logistics Agency programs, ensuring seamless integration across platforms.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis for Linux and Windows environments, resolving issues for end users and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, test, and deploy system enhancements, documenting requirements and solutions.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts in Python to streamline configuration, monitoring, and reporting tasks.
- Participate in incident response, performance tuning, and capacity planning to maintain high availability and reliability.
Requirements
- Proven experience in systems engineering, with a strong foundation in Linux, Windows, and networking concepts.
- Hands‑on scripting skills in Python and familiarity with automation tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
