About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers and cross‑functional teams to capture, analyze, and formalize mission requirements for land, sea, and air unmanned systems.
- Develop detailed system architectures and specifications using Model‑Based Systems Engineering tools and methodologies.
- Translate high‑level requirements into functional designs, interface control documents, and verification plans.
- Perform trade‑studies, simulations, and prototyping to validate design concepts and ensure performance targets are met.
- Support integration, testing, and validation activities, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven ability to convert complex customer needs into clear, actionable system specifications.
- Hands‑on experience with MBSE tools (e.g., SysML, MagicDraw) and proficiency in C++ and Python for simulation and prototype development.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with defense or aerospace standards and dual‑use technology environments is a plus.
