Systems Engineer responsible for designing, integrating, and testing hardware and software solutions for automated data acquisition and IIoT applications across automotive, energy, and aerospace sectors.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom hardware platforms for automated data acquisition and control systems.
- Implement embedded software and firmware to interface with sensors, actuators, and communication protocols.
- Integrate data science pipelines for real‑time analytics and predictive maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define system requirements and validate performance.
- Conduct rigorous testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of hardware and software components.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hardware engineering, including PCB design and embedded systems.
- Strong programming skills in C/C++ and Python for firmware and data processing.
- Knowledge of IIoT protocols (MQTT, OPC UA) and industrial control systems.
- Experience with data science tools (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit‑learn) for sensor data analysis.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a results‑driven mindset.
