Systems Engineer responsible for program reviews, technical baseline management, and system‑level testing within the Command, Control, Communication, Intelligence and Networks (C3I) domain, ensuring subsystems meet approved specifications.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct program portfolio reviews to evaluate and recommend alternative plans, improving systems engineering processes.
- Manage and sustain the program technical baseline, ensuring alignment with design and test outcomes.
- Design and perform system‑level tests to verify subsystem and overall system performance against specifications.
- Evaluate alternative proposed plans, design, and test results to assure compliance with program objectives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate subsystems and resolve technical issues.
Requirements
- Strong background in systems engineering and test engineering within complex technical environments.
- Experience managing technical baselines and conducting program reviews.
- Proficiency in systems integration and performance verification.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
