About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end systems engineering lifecycle for high‑impact defense projects, from concept through delivery.
- Develop and maintain system architecture, requirements, and interface control documents.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to integrate hardware, software, and firmware components.
- Execute rigorous integration and validation testing, documenting results and driving corrective actions.
- Implement configuration management processes to track changes and maintain system integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in systems engineering for complex technical environments.
- Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, Jama) and configuration management systems.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- U.S. security clearance (SCI) required; ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
