About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first‑line support for Windows and Linux clients, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and optimal productivity.
- Configure and maintain Active Directory accounts, group policies, and user permissions.
- Assist with installation, integration, and troubleshooting of system services and applications.
- Document solutions and update knowledge base to improve team efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows and Linux environments.
- Experience with Active Directory, group policy, and user account management.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
