Lead cross‑functional teams to design, develop, and maintain enterprise software and IT infrastructure, driving strategy, policies, and best practices across the full development lifecycle using modern cloud and DevOps technologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and enforce engineering policies, standards, and processes to ensure high‑quality, secure, and scalable software delivery.
- Lead the architecture, development, and maintenance of server, network, storage, and application platforms, emphasizing cloud (AWS) and Linux environments.
- Collaborate with product owners and senior leadership to translate strategic goals into actionable project plans and technical roadmaps.
- Mentor and manage engineering teams, fostering Agile practices, continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), and a culture of innovation.
- Oversee troubleshooting, performance tuning, and incident response to guarantee seamless end‑user experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on software development experience (Python and/or Java) and 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
- Proven expertise in designing, deploying, and managing cloud‑based solutions on AWS.
- Strong background with Linux/Unix systems, networking, and storage technologies.
- Demonstrated success implementing Agile/DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
