Support and maintain customer data within the ordering system, developing solutions, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with business users using SQL, ETL tools, and SAP.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer data records in the enterprise ordering system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and implement detailed data solutions, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Perform data quality checks, resolve discrepancies, and support data governance initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights on data integrity and system performance.
Requirements
- Strong experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Proficiency in data modeling and ETL concepts.
- Hands‑on experience with SAP or similar ERP ordering systems.
- Knowledge of Python or similar scripting languages for automation and data processing.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
