About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of end‑to‑end system architectures that support mission‑critical military operations, spanning on‑premise data centers and public cloud platforms.
- Define and enforce DevSecOps practices, including automated security testing, continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), and infrastructure‑as‑code.
- Architect secure multi‑tenant solutions that meet stringent federal compliance and data isolation requirements.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—developers, engineers, and stakeholders—to translate business needs into scalable technical designs.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and governance for architecture standards, ensuring alignment with enterprise roadmaps.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and delivering large‑scale platforms in both on‑premise and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or comparable).
- Deep expertise in DevSecOps tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated security scanning, and infrastructure‑as‑code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Proven track record with secure multi‑tenant system design and federal compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, DISA STIG).
- Strong background in system integration, API design, and modern software development ecosystems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within Agile, cross‑functional teams.
