About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end‑to‑end business‑as‑usual (BAU) support for all IT systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Maintain and administer Windows Server and Linux environments, including patching, backups, and performance tuning.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end users and infrastructure components.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement system upgrades, security patches, and process improvements.
- Document troubleshooting steps, create knowledge base articles, and maintain accurate system inventories.
Requirements
- Proven experience in systems administration and IT support roles, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a small team.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
