Design and implement scalable, AI‑enabled hybrid work and high‑performance computing solutions, leveraging cloud platforms, container orchestration, and automation tools.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end hybrid work and AI‑driven computing solutions that meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.
- Design cloud‑native infrastructures on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, incorporating container orchestration (Kubernetes) and infrastructure‑as‑code (Terraform).
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to translate business needs into technical specifications and implementation roadmaps.
- Lead proof‑of‑concepts and pilot projects for emerging technologies, including machine learning models and accelerated workloads.
- Establish best practices for DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing to ensure rapid, reliable delivery.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, providing guidance on design patterns, code quality, and performance optimization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and delivering complex, cloud‑based solutions for enterprise environments.
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java) and scripting for automation.
- Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and infrastructure‑as‑code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Deep understanding of hybrid work architectures, AI/ML integration, and high‑performance computing workloads.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
