About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for embedded automotive software using C++ and Python.
- Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality feedback.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional development teams to identify root causes of defects and implement preventive measures.
- Coach and mentor engineers on best practices for software testing, code reviews, and quality standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, providing test estimates, status updates, and risk assessments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field with 3+ years of software quality or test automation experience.
- Proficiency in C++ and Python for developing test scripts and frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control systems.
- Strong understanding of embedded systems and automotive software development processes.
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to mentor and influence engineering teams.
