Systems & Enablement Lead, Recruiting Operations

We are seeking a highly technical and experienced Systems & Enablement Lead to join our Recruiting Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing systems and processes to support our recruiting operations. You will leverage your technical expertise in Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS to drive innovation and efficiency in our recruiting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable systems and processes to support recruiting operations
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize technical requirements
• Implement and maintain AWS infrastructure and services
• Develop and deploy Machine Learning models to support recruiting operations

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in technical leadership and system development
• Proven expertise in Python, Node.js, Machine Learning, and AWS
• Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
