Software Engineer
Lead the design and optimization of integrated business systems across a growing juice and regenerative agriculture enterprise, leveraging SQL, ERP, and Agile methodologies to streamline operations and support strategic expansion.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for system enhancements across retail, wholesale, and new circular economy initiatives.
- Design, configure, and implement ERP and data integration solutions, ensuring seamless data flow between Shopify, inventory, and production systems.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, develop functional specifications, and conduct user acceptance testing.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication using Agile practices.
- Provide ongoing system support, troubleshooting, and training to end users.
Requirements
- Proven experience in systems analysis and implementation within a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
- Experience with Agile project management and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of e‑commerce platforms (Shopify) and supply chain processes is a plus.
