Software Engineer
Provide professional aviation engineering support, handling scheduled maintenance, inspection, testing, and repair of airframes, engines, and electrical systems while ensuring compliance with SOPs and international aviation standards.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled maintenance on aircraft airframes, engines, and related components, including dismantling, inspection, testing, repair, and reassembly.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems and ancillary motor accessories to restore full operational capability.
- Document all work performed in accordance with MAF standard operating procedures and applicable national and international aviation maintenance regulations.
- Collaborate with engineering and flight operations teams to ensure maintenance actions meet safety and performance requirements.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and test equipment, ensuring availability for scheduled and unscheduled tasks.
Requirements
- Technical degree or certification in aviation maintenance, aerospace engineering, or a related field.
- Hands‑on experience with aircraft engine overhaul, electrical system diagnostics, and airframe repair.
- Familiarity with aviation safety standards such as FAA, EASA, or ICAO regulations.
- Proficiency in technical documentation and maintenance tracking systems.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast‑paced, mission‑critical environment.
