Systems Analyst responsible for supporting and enhancing Oracle Revenue Management and Billing SaaS platform, developing cloud‑based services, and integrating AI‑driven finance capabilities.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and maintain the Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) SaaS platform to meet finance and billing requirements.
- Develop, test, and deploy cloud‑native applications and services that extend ORMB functionality.
- Collaborate with finance stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, including AI‑enabled analytics.
- Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models to ensure accurate billing data processing.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for the billing system in a production environment.
Requirements
- Hands‑on experience with Oracle Revenue Management and Billing or similar enterprise billing suites.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and SaaS deployment models.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and ability to integrate predictive models into finance workflows.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
