Systems Analyst supporting Banner ERP and related subsystems, driving data integrity, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration across university business services.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance the Banner Student system, ensuring accurate data flow across Registrar, Graduate Studies, Student Life, and Faculty modules.
- Analyze system requirements, design solutions, and implement configuration changes to meet evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions.
- Develop and execute test plans, validate data integrity, and document system changes for audit compliance.
- Provide training and support to end users, creating clear documentation and best‑practice guides.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Banner ERP or similar university ERP systems.
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic academic environment.
