About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed specifications and use cases for development teams.
- Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of system enhancements and new applications.
- Maintain and update system documentation, including data flow diagrams and process maps.
- Support user acceptance testing and provide post‑implementation support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with SQL and relational database concepts.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
