About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for information system enhancements.
- Document system processes, workflows, and data flows using UML and process modeling tools.
- Collaborate with project managers and senior analysts to design and implement system solutions that improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain and update system documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for stakeholders.
- Support testing, validation, and user training activities to ensure successful system adoption.
Requirements
- Proven experience in systems analysis, business requirements gathering, and process documentation.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts.
- Familiarity with Agile project management practices and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
