Systems Engineer
Systems Administrator responsible for maintaining and optimizing enterprise IT infrastructure, including Windows servers, Active Directory, virtualization, and network services, while delivering high‑quality support and continuous service improvements.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments and related services such as DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Manage Active Directory objects, permissions, and authentication workflows to ensure secure access.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation of routine tasks and reporting.
- Oversee VMware virtualization platforms, including provisioning, patching, and performance tuning.
- Implement and maintain network monitoring tools, responding to alerts and performing root‑cause analysis.
- Collaborate with project teams to design and roll out infrastructure improvements that enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience in systems administration within a large‑scale enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with VMware vSphere or similar virtualization technologies.
- Proficiency in network monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
