Systems Engineer
Lead integration and management of Apple and Google devices, servers, and enterprise storage, ensuring secure, efficient network operations using Jamf Pro and related technologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Apple and Google devices across the district using Jamf Pro and mobile device management tools.
- Administer and troubleshoot servers, ensuring high availability and performance for critical applications.
- Manage enterprise network storage solutions, including backup, recovery, and data integrity checks.
- Collaborate with Network Operations to monitor network health, resolve incidents, and implement security best practices.
- Document procedures, create knowledge base articles, and provide end‑user support for device and server issues.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED; additional certifications in Jamf Pro, Apple, or Google enterprise solutions preferred.
- Experience managing mixed Apple/Google environments and enterprise storage platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with servers, network storage, and mobile device management.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Valid Texas driver’s license and willingness to travel within the district as needed.
