Systems Engineer
Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of mission‑critical Windows and Linux infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and compliance across virtualized and cloud environments.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage Windows Server and Linux environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Configure and maintain VMware virtual infrastructure and AWS services to support mission‑critical workloads.
- Automate routine tasks using PowerShell and other scripting languages, improving efficiency and reducing errors.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply patches and updates to ensure optimal uptime.
- Collaborate with security teams to enforce data protection, privacy, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in systems administration for enterprise environments.
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Linux distributions, Active Directory, and PowerShell.
- Hands‑on experience with VMware vSphere and AWS EC2/EBS.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, mission‑critical setting.
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to data security and privacy.
