Systems Engineer
Lead the technical execution of Google Workspace consolidation and unified identity control, ensuring secure, scalable IAM solutions across the organization.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage Google Workspace migration and consolidation projects, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity.
- Develop and maintain unified identity and access management (IAM) strategies, integrating Google Workspace with on‑prem Active Directory and Azure AD.
- Automate identity provisioning, deprovisioning, and policy enforcement using scripting and configuration management tools.
- Collaborate with security teams to enforce multi‑factor authentication, conditional access, and least‑privilege principles.
- Monitor IAM health, troubleshoot access issues, and provide proactive support to end users.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience administering Google Workspace and enterprise IAM solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, and identity federation protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC).
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation and reporting.
- Experience with security best practices, MFA, and conditional access policies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
