Systems Engineer
Manage and maintain Windows and Linux server environments, Active Directory, virtualization platforms, and network services while providing automation and support for end users.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server and Linux systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, and user account lifecycle management.
- Manage virtualization infrastructure (e.g., VMware, Hyper‑V) and oversee VM provisioning and resource allocation.
- Monitor network services, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and maintain firewall and DNS configurations.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Bash to streamline routine tasks.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in systems administration for Windows and Linux environments.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and network protocols.
- Hands‑on experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper‑V.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash) for automation.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
