About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and execute comprehensive validation plans for rail control and digital systems.
- Automate test scripts using Python and related frameworks to accelerate test cycles.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA and safety teams to ensure compliance with industry safety standards.
- Analyze test results, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain and improve validation documentation and test repositories.
Requirements
- Proven experience in system validation within the rail or industrial automation sector.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with automation tools.
- Knowledge of SCADA, PLC, and safety certification processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
