Lead a team of security engineers to design, implement, and maintain robust system security solutions across cloud and on‑premise environments, driving risk mitigation and compliance initiatives.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary security engineering team.
- Define and execute security architecture and engineering strategies for enterprise systems.
- Oversee threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and remediation planning.
- Integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Collaborate with product, operations, and compliance teams to ensure regulatory and policy adherence.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands‑on security engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Deep knowledge of cloud security, IAM, network security, and DevSecOps practices.
- Proven ability to conduct risk assessments, threat modeling, and incident response.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, AWS Security) preferred.
