- Engage stakeholders across clinical, regulatory, and commercial domains to gather feedback and validate product direction.
- Drive product launches, including go‑to‑market strategy, pricing, and positioning in the competitive healthcare technology landscape.
- Analyze market trends, user data, and performance metrics to inform continuous improvement and feature prioritization.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a product manager in a technology or healthcare environment, preferably with AI or workflow solutions.
- Strong understanding of Agile development cycles and cross‑functional team leadership.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Data‑driven mindset with ability to interpret analytics and translate insights into product decisions.
- Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
