System Finance and Special Projects Manager - Boston Medical Center

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision‑making across the organization.
• Lead business case development for capital and operational projects, ensuring alignment with the system’s financial strategy and organizational goals.
• Analyze balance sheet and expense data to identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement operational improvement initiatives that enhance financial performance.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership through clear, data‑driven presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, and budgeting within a complex, multi‑entity environment.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex financial information into clear, concise recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.
