Systems Engineer
Lead the design, deployment, and support of unified communications and contact center solutions, ensuring seamless integration of VoIP, SIP, and PBX systems across enterprise networks.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement unified communications platforms, integrating VoIP, SIP, and PBX technologies to meet business requirements.
- Configure and maintain Asterisk and other PBX systems, ensuring high availability and optimal call quality.
- Collaborate with network teams to design and troubleshoot telephony infrastructure, including QoS, VLANs, and firewall rules.
- Provide ongoing support, monitoring, and performance tuning for contact center applications and telephony services.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices for internal teams and clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience with unified communications, VoIP, SIP, and PBX (Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, QoS, and telephony infrastructure.
- Hands‑on experience with contact center platforms and call routing logic.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills in German and English.
