Systems Engineer
System Engineer responsible for managing large‑scale Active Directory, DNS, and Exchange environments while automating tasks with PowerShell. Requires expertise in Office 365, Azure, certificate management, and incident handling via ServiceNow.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Active Directory across multiple sites, ensuring optimal replication and security.
- Configure and troubleshoot DNS, including zone transfers and dynamic updates.
- Develop and deploy PowerShell scripts (30–40 lines) to automate routine tasks and generate reports.
- Administer Office 365 and Azure services, managing user identities, licenses, and security policies.
- Manage Microsoft Exchange, including send/receive connectors, transport rules, and mailbox migrations.
- Oversee Certificate Services, handling CSRs, public/private certificates, and trust chains.
- Utilize ServiceNow for incident management, change requests, and knowledge base updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience with large enterprise Active Directory environments.
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills and familiarity with automation frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience with Office 365, Azure AD, and Microsoft Exchange.
- Knowledge of DNS, networking fundamentals, and certificate management.
- Experience using ServiceNow for IT service management.
