Senior System Engineer responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining Microsoft Identity Manager solutions, ensuring secure identity lifecycle management across enterprise environments using AD, PowerShell, and Windows Server technologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) environments, including synchronization, provisioning, and entitlement management.
- Configure and maintain Active Directory, Azure AD, and related identity services to support secure access and compliance.
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, and troubleshooting of identity workflows.
- Collaborate with security, compliance, and application teams to enforce identity governance policies and audit requirements.
- Perform root‑cause analysis, incident response, and continuous improvement of identity infrastructure.
Requirements
- 14+ years of system engineering experience with a focus on identity and access management.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Identity Manager, Active Directory, and Windows Server administration.
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation of identity processes.
- Strong understanding of security best practices, compliance frameworks, and identity governance.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Full‑Scope Polygraph required.
