Systems Engineer
Entry‑level System Engineer responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows and Linux servers, managing Active Directory, and supporting virtualized environments using VMware, with scripting automation via PowerShell.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server and Linux operating systems in client environments.
- Manage user accounts, groups, and policies within Active Directory.
- Support and troubleshoot VMware virtual machines and related infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance, apply patches, and ensure security compliance.
- Develop and execute PowerShell scripts for routine automation and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Fundamental knowledge of Windows Server and Linux administration.
- Experience with Active Directory user and group management.
- Basic understanding of VMware virtualization concepts.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation tasks.
