Systems Engineer
Systems Engineer responsible for defining, designing, and optimizing complex technical solutions, conducting trade studies, and ensuring seamless integration and verification of system requirements across the product lifecycle.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, capture, and quantify system requirements from both business and technical stakeholders.
- Develop and evaluate alternative system design concepts, performing trade‑off analyses to select optimal solutions.
- Create detailed system architectures, ensuring proper integration of hardware, software, and interfaces.
- Lead verification and validation activities, confirming that designs meet specifications and performance criteria.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to transition designs from concept through production and operational phases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Systems Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience applying systems engineering processes, including requirements management and design trade studies.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model, simulate, and assess system performance.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to work across multidisciplinary groups.
- Familiarity with verification & validation methodologies and tools used in complex system development.
