System Engineer 2 TS/SCI with Poly - Solerity

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure IT infrastructure for federal clients, ensuring compliance with TS/SCI and DoD standards.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to integrate new services and automate deployment pipelines.
• Manage virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure) to optimize performance and cost.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, patch management, and incident response to safeguard mission‑critical systems.
• Document architecture, configuration, and operational procedures for audit and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of system engineering experience in a federal or defense environment.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Proficiency in network design, security controls, and cloud services (AWS/Azure).
• Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash) and familiarity with CI/CD tools.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
