Software Engineer
Provide end‑to‑end support for desktop and server environments, handling installation, configuration, patching, and network cabling to ensure reliable operations and rapid issue resolution.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop and server operating systems across the organization.
- Perform routine patch management and updates to keep systems secure and compliant.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for end users.
- Set up and manage network cabling, ensuring proper connectivity and performance.
- Document support procedures, create knowledge base articles, and provide training to staff.
Requirements
- Proven experience in desktop and server installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, including patch management tools.
- Hands‑on experience with network cabling, switches, and basic routing concepts.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple support tickets simultaneously.
