Lead the design and evolution of scalable platform services, driving cloud-native architecture, Kubernetes orchestration, and automated CI/CD pipelines to deliver reliable, high‑performance solutions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and evolve a robust, cloud‑native platform that supports rapid application delivery and high availability.
- Design and implement Kubernetes clusters, container runtimes, and networking policies for multi‑tenant workloads.
- Define and enforce CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment strategies across environments.
- Collaborate with security, operations, and development teams to embed best practices and compliance controls.
- Lead capacity planning, performance tuning, and incident response for platform services.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in system architecture and platform engineering.
- Deep expertise in Kubernetes, containerization, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD) and IaC (Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation).
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash) and familiarity with monitoring/observability stacks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
