Key Responsibilities

• Architect end‑to‑end 3D tracking solutions for medical devices, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance with healthcare standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate optical and electromagnetic sensors into surgical navigation workflows.
• Define system requirements, performance metrics, and validation plans for high‑precision spatial navigation.
• Drive continuous improvement of tracking algorithms and hardware interfaces to enhance accuracy and reduce latency.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on system design best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in system architecture for medical or high‑precision instrumentation.
• Deep knowledge of optical and electromagnetic sensor technologies and spatial navigation principles.
• Proficiency in C++/Python for algorithm development and system integration.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of delivering robust, compliant solutions.
