Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with developers, infrastructure teams, and end‑users to ensure seamless integration and performance.
- Maintain system documentation, knowledge assets, and support processes in line with IT service management best practices.
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business and system analysis within a public or enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and experience designing cloud‑native solutions.
- Hands‑on proficiency with SQL for data extraction, reporting, and validation.
- Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM frameworks and Agile development practices.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills.
