About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of system enhancements and new features for critical business applications.
- Coordinate software deployments, patches, and upgrades across Windows Server and application environments.
- Perform root‑cause analysis, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide timely resolution to minimize downtime.
- Develop and execute comprehensive quality assurance and regression testing plans.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, document specifications, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in systems analysis and application support within a large enterprise.
- Proficiency with Windows Server, SQL Server, and enterprise application platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with change management, configuration management, and ITIL processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
