About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize Linux and Windows Server environments, ensuring 99.9% uptime.
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot network architecture, including firewalls, VPNs, and VLANs.
- Manage cloud resources on AWS, including EC2, RDS, S3, and IAM policies.
- Implement security best practices: patch management, vulnerability scanning, and incident response.
- Automate routine tasks using Bash and Python scripts, improving deployment speed and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support application deployments and infrastructure upgrades.
Requirements
- 3+ years of system administration experience in a production environment.
- Strong proficiency with Linux (Red Hat/CentOS) and Windows Server.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services and IaC tools.
- Solid understanding of networking protocols, routing, and security principles.
- Excellent scripting skills in Bash and Python, with a track record of automation.
