Senior System Administrator responsible for maintaining a multi‑tenanted, high‑assurance network, managing compute, storage, networking, firewalls, client delivery services and infrastructure applications, while ensuring performance, capacity planning, and robust backup and disaster recovery.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain a multi‑tenanted, high‑assurance network across compute, storage, networking, firewalls, and client delivery services.
- Provide technical support and problem resolution for system users and infrastructure applications.
- Monitor system performance, conduct capacity planning, and implement proactive performance tuning.
- Design, implement, and manage backup and disaster recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deploy and secure new services and infrastructure updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in system administration on Linux and Windows Server environments.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, and virtualization technologies.
- Hands‑on experience with backup solutions, disaster recovery planning, and monitoring tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently in a high‑assurance environment.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
