Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of hybrid cloud and on‑prem infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance for enterprise workloads using Linux, Windows Server, Active Directory, PowerShell, VMware, and AWS.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage hybrid cloud and on‑prem infrastructure, ensuring high availability and scalability.
- Configure and maintain Windows Server, Linux, and VMware environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Automate routine tasks with PowerShell and scripting, and develop monitoring solutions using native and third‑party tools.
- Implement security best practices, perform vulnerability assessments, and manage patching across all platforms.
- Collaborate with DevOps and application teams to support CI/CD pipelines and application deployments.
- Document processes, create runbooks, and provide 24/7 on‑call support for critical incidents.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise Windows and Linux servers.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, PowerShell, VMware, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Experience with network protocols, firewall configuration, and security hardening.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, VMware Certified Professional) are a plus.
